Tongue assessment via photograph or live video. Pulse is partially replaced by your self-reported blood pressure and resting heart rate — easily obtained at home with a standard BP monitor. Together these give a clear constitutional picture using the Quantum Elemental Model™.
A custom herbal formula is written for your specific pattern and dispatched by Canada Post to your door. Same-formula refills are arranged directly by text — no repeat consultation required.

The framework behind every consultation
Most treatment approaches ask: what condition does this person have? The Quantum Elemental Model™ asks a different question: what kind of person has this condition?
QEM™ is a constitutional framework developed by Vu Le that integrates classical Five Element theory with BaZi natal chart analysis. It produces a clinical picture that is specific to your elemental type, your current elemental cycle, and the seasonal pressures active right now — not a generic protocol applied to a diagnosis.
The result is treatment that is built around you. Your constitution determines which organ systems are under load. Your elemental cycle determines which interventions will work right now. Your pattern — not your label — determines the formula.
